In order to be able to export records from OCLC to Millennium, you must configure your Export options. Set these options on each computer running OCLC Connexion in your unit.
- Step 1: Click Tools
- Step 2: Click Options
- Step 3: Click the Export tab
- Step 4: Click Create
- Step 5: In the New Export Destination window choose: OCLC Gateway Export
- Step 6: Click OK
- Step 7: In the OCLC Gateway Export window enter Host name: oskicatp.berkeley.edu
- Step 8: Enter Port: 5500
- Step 9: Set Delay: 5
- Step 10: Click OK
- Step 11: In the Export Destination Name window click OK
- Step 12: Click Record Characteristics
- Steps 13-14: In the Record Characteristics window, Character Set pulldown menu, select UTF-8 Unicode in both Bibliographic Records and Authority Records sections
- Step 15: Click OK
- Step 16: Click Apply
- Step 17: Click Close
The above steps describe OCLC settings for exporting to the Millennium Production server. If you wish to export records to the Training server, follow the same steps as above, but in Step 7, use the Host name: dev-oskicatp.berkeley.edu Be sure to change the Host name back to oskicatp.berkeley.edu when you wish to export records to the Production server again.

Can someone add a glossary entry for Connexion? Maybe OCLC should be a tag (one of the workflows, and maybe withdrawal should be too?) A search yields four pages of hits
